The Stellar Tier 1 validator network is changing and the public key of the LOBSTR 2 node changes:

This change needs to be registered in the stellarRelay pallet via a referendum.

Nova Wallet is a mobile app for the Polkadot and Kusama ecosystem. They have proposed to add more features to the app, such as a Multistaking dashboard, Staking Nomination Pools, WalletConnect v2, and a new Assets tab UI. They also plan to fulfill community requests and reimburse for delivered features. The goal is to build and maintain a high-quality, open-source, community-focused, and feature-rich mobile application.
